Chloe Parker worked with us for about six weeks to help us decide which database would work for a charity like ours. She was impressively efficient and professional right from the start. She was good at assimilating and then disseminating information in a way that was easy for us to understand. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Chloe happily arranged online meetings with database companies multiple times until we were all satisfied that we knew enough about each of the databases to reach a decision. It was also reassuring to have her at the meetings as she was able to ask relevant questions on our behalf to the database providers.
