As part of the CAST fellowship, I was introduced to InFact Digital Co-operative to develop a brand new online site for Blue Cross where we will make it easier for people who need to find a new home for their pet to do so safely with us online. As an interdisciplinary team of academics without training in digital design we used InFact to help us to clarify what we really intended to do with the project, and to streamline the structure of the website.
