“Durham Community Action is a well-established charity providing advice, support and assistance to frontline groups operating in the Voluntary and Community Sector and to various communities of interest across County Durham. We have been working with Land Digital (and prior to this Consult and Design) since 2016 when they helped us to set up a bespoke CRM system through which we can record data, manage events and send mailings. They have a very good understanding of the Voluntary and Community Sector which enabled them to develop a system that works well for our organisation and we find them very helpful and responsive to work with. The system has made a vast difference to DCA and has allowed us to communicate much more effectively with our clients by being able to target specific information to them. It has also greatly improved our reporting systems and has provided us with an efficient events system which is easy to use for both us and our clients.”
